Prosjekt Kaliningrad goes WWW!

As you will see, Prosjekt Kaliningrad is a voluntarely run foundation, aimed at helping children in need. The organisation is originated in Norway, as of a private initiative from the founder; Cecilie Nordstrøm. Over the past 4 years of work, the very small foundation has contributed to great improvements in life quality of abandoned children situated in Kaliningrad, Russia.
